Peter wants to be remembered as an architect and a builder—i.e. designing and building with his own hands. He feels he inherited his immigrant father's ability to talk to anybody with mutual respect, regardless of the other person's station in life. And he also wants to be remembered for mentoring others.

The Next Ten Years

Peter would like to build one more minimalist house with his own hands on a lot with water views in Branford, Connecticut. He would also like to write, do photography, sculpture, drawing, and painting. His personal mantra is Build or Die, and his wish for everyone is "Don't let the bastards grind you down!"
